Terms of Service

Jobpipe

A single-user, personally operated job-application assistant. These terms cover its own operator's use of it.

Effective 23 August 2026 Operator Jared Adams (individual, personal use) Scope Personal-use software

01What this covers

Jobpipe is personal automation software built, operated, and used by one individual for their own job search. It is not distributed, sold, or made available to any other user. These terms exist because Google's OAuth verification process requires a Terms of Service link for any app requesting account access — there is no commercial offering, subscription, or third-party account behind this page.

02What the software does

Jobpipe searches job postings, tailors resumes and cover letters, and submits job applications on behalf of its operator, using the operator's own resume, contact details, and stated preferences. It connects to the operator's own Google account (see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that access is used for) and to job boards and applicant-tracking systems the operator is genuinely eligible to apply through.

03No warranty

Jobpipe is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. It is a personal tool under active development, not a finished commercial product. The operator accepts full responsibility for its behavior and for reviewing what it submits on their behalf.

04Account access

Jobpipe's Google account access can be revoked at any time from Google Account → Security → Third-party access. Revoking access stops Jobpipe's Gmail-dependent features immediately.

05Changes to these terms

If what Jobpipe does changes in a way that affects these terms, this page will be updated and the effective date above revised accordingly.
